"I filled out the forms online to rent a unit that would be 50% off the first four full months. When I got to the lease agreement section, it reflected the full price. I made a phone call and was told that I would get the discount on the first statement. I continued with the lease agreement. Within minutes not only did I get an email with the access code as well as the unit number, I received a call. I was asked if I had any questions and was given additional information about the access code. Just received my first full month statement and was as I expected. So far I have had a good experience."
