"Ordered a door from them and they never called to schedule a delivery. I called them and they said to wait and someone would call us. Nobody ever did and a delivery truck just randomly showed up. It was lucky that we were at home because they were going to leave the wooden door outside in the rain. If our schedule had been normal we would not have found it for at least 9 hours and it poured rain all day."

"We got our kitchen and bathrooms designed and built by Muir Kitchen, which is part of Milford Lumber. Liz J. did an excellent job designing our dream kitchen with all details and intricacies (multiple inserts & pull out drawers, painted bottoms of wall cabinets, waterfall island countertop). The project was quite complex and Liz was very professional guiding us, yet not being too intrusive to interfere with our taste. Liz was quick to respond per email and text throughout making it very personable and easy to communicate. Lastly, the price was very competitive compared to other kitchen builders in Bedford and Manchester. We have been heavy utilizing the new kitchen for several months now and the quality is truly top notch."

"I hear good things about this company but I have found the customer service to be deplorable. Elizabeth Jennings came out to my home to measure for a kitchen remodel and it's been crickets since. I have placed many calls and emails with no response. Called to confirm she still works there and was told she does. It's been months and no return call or email.
