"Called to see if I could drop off a bike to be repaired no one answered so I left a message I figured they may have been in workshop and not have heard the phone.Their webpage said they were open and to “ drop by “ so we did and they were closed.It’s been over 10 days now and no one has returned our call.Hard to support local businesses with poor customer service like this"

Unfortunately I’m moving this summer, but I plan on sending him my 2022 SC Bronson every few years for a major tune-up. Wherever you live in New England, Eric is worth the trek."
