"Its all about the Trust when you hire someone to clean your personal things and home. Michelle broke that trust. Michelle came to clean my house a few times back 6-7 months ago and she does a very thorough job. However, I didn't appreciate that all of a sudden she left me high and dry with stories that she had injured her shoulder and then contracted Covid-19 from another client. She then proceeded to tell me she had emailed me a letter with an explanation, which I never received. Even after I let her know a few times that I never received her letter, still no letter arrived or a personal phone call explaining her situation. I certainly wished her well on her recovery and expected to hear back from her when she was able to work again. I never heard back. Now I see from her website that she is has openings and she never contacted me. This is very dishonest and if she just didn't want the job anymore, she could have just told me that. I can understand that a large house like mine is a lot to take on if you are a single house cleaner. But ignoring and leaving me hanging was not professional and I would warn others that if Michelle decides that she just doesn't want the job anymore, she proved to me that she will just blow you off. Honesty is the best policy to customers who are very honest themselves."
