"Machines are moldy. There’s a sign on the door that says they accept cards and Apple Pay but they do not, which is very inconvenient. I wish there was a on-site ATM because the one at the gas station across the street is frequently out of service. Machines work well though."

"Forced to buy a card for a dollar. Shocked to realize 1 load of wash was $7.75! Had to load up the card again to even do 1 load. About the only good thing is that it was fast (35 min) and the laundry smelled like it was clean. Dryers could be more efficient. Lots of abandoned clothes laying around"

"I am insanely disappointed. I used to come to this laundromat once a week from 2017-2019. It was always clean, convenient and Miss Birdie was always so kind. We had to come today because our washer was broken and it’s absolutely disgusting. Upon opening the door I was hit with a nasty, musty smell. The machines were so dirty on the outside, I don’t even want to imagine the inside. The sign says an attendant is here 7:30-4 M-F but wasn’t here at all while we were meaning my toddler had to pee outside by my car and the busy road. When I went to put my detergent in the flap was so covered in mold that I didn’t even want to touch it. Miss Birdie always kept this place so clean. It was shocking to see how disgusting it is now."

"Staff and customers Smoke outside the doors and the Cigarette Smoke pulls through the building. It's gross. No one puts a stop to it. Low quality cleanliness & available supply. I like to wipe down the wash machine after use, but no courtesy supplies are available. Cobwebs. Bad crowds walk through."
