"Horrible experience and bad customer service. I had dropped off a couple items to be dry cleaned, and for some reason only a portion of the garments were finished a picked up. Two shirts had been forgotten about. A year later I was finally contacted by them stating that I owed a lot of money in late charges. I’m sorry, but we all have busy lives in people forget things, but I’ve never worked with a company that does at least make a courtesy call after a few months, reminding someone that their items needed to be picked up. I won’t be going here again."

"I gave them one star only because the system wouldn't allow me to give them none. HORRIBLE experience. I left an dress to be cleaned at the end of the summer season and forgot to pick it up. They never contacted me and now they say I owe 50.00 late charge. They want me to pay them 85.00 for a dress that I paid 35-40 for. PLEASE avoid this place at all cost. They could also use some customer training for their front end person."

"Just. Go. Elsewhere. Unfortunately, they are the only game in town since Lawton's closed. Slow, slow service. If you need something in a couple of days, it's like you've asked for the moon. They ruined my husband's silk blend sports coat, saying they have not responsibility for silk--the fabric is mostly wool! Rude. NEVER AGAIN!"

"Worst dry cleaning services I have ever experienced. The women are incredibly rude to their customers, their prices and policies change daily, and your clothes will be ready whenever they feel like getting it done; which could be weeks, whether its dry cleaning or wash/dry/fold. And you might not even get all of your clothes back. Avoid this place if you value yourself, your money, or your clothes."
