Then, when the recent rainstorm revealed that my chimney cap had failed, he was the first call I made, he came out 2 days later (we were waiting until the weather warmed up to give the masonry a better shot at curing properly), and got everything fixed. He gave me great advice on future plans for the chimneys. It always feels great when you find "your guy" for things, and Trent is absolutely my chimney guy."

"Was very difficult to schedule with, and once we finally had a date and time he was a no show. He rescheduled and came for about 20 minutes and just shop vac’d one of our flues. He said he’d issue a discount for our cleaning to compensate for the no show which he didn’t honor at the time of payment. We were told we’d get a refund for the overpayment but I guess the check got lost in the mail. Not worth the trouble, other more established businesses might have longer wait times but I’d recommend using them instead."
