"I was looking for a cleaning company to work with since we bought an Airbnb vacation house. I tried couple companies but unfortunately was disappointed with the work they did. Thanks god I found AMH! This is the most professional cleaning company I’ve ever worked with! They are very responsible, reliable and I absolutely trust them. Denise, the owner, is very attentive to details and loves her job (you can always feel whether person loves what he/she is doing or not), our communication is always smooth and I’m so thankful that she can find some spots for my last minute appointments. Her team is also great, friendly and know what they are doing. Cleaning supplies they use smell so fresh and I love that all their tools are of the same color, that looks professional to me too. When you run Airbnb business, to find a professional cleaning company is #1 point as it’s the most important thing in this industry. My guests always underlines how incredibly clean my house is and give me 5 star reviews. I’m so happy to work with AMH and no doubts can recommend this company to others!"

"Incredibly unprofessional business. I worked one day and was taken back by the boss sitting on her bum all day, and her manager cussing in front of clients. I got no training. We worked an 8 hour day but since we don’t get paid for driving time, it only came out to be a 3 hour day. Her manager expected us to be there at 6am during a snowstorm, even though I was told 8am was the start time. I did not do a no call no show, but did tell the manager I would not be in as it isn’t a good fit. I did not sign a single paper, yet she had filled out a W-4, never mailing me paperwork even though that was agreed upon over two weeks ago."
