"I'm disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. I've been coming here often in the last year & I've resorted to 1st scoping out a few machines I deem manageable & 2nd, spending 5-10 minutes wiping everything down with disinfectant wipes. I noticed 1 machine with at least 1/2 cup of dried dog food accumulated at the bottom. Returned 6 days later, hoping to use this machine as it's one of the better ones, to find that same now, saturated/mushy dog food crammed into the outlined crevices. It's important to me that I support small businesses & so I've chosen to overlook the areas I believe need tending to. But at this point, it's becoming more difficult to utilize a sufficient machine. & I think it's fair to request a certain standard, when each load is between $3.50 - $4.50 as well as drying costs being 5 minutes for 1 quarter. I hope my input will bring attention to this matter & contribute to positive change going forward. In fact, I'd love to help! If there's anything I can do, please feel free to reach out."
