"The Good news: Everyone was nice and my remote car purchase went well. The Bad news: Because I bought remotely, I did not get to see the paperwork for the extended warranty I bought until the car was delivered. As soon as I read the terms, I decided that it wasn't for me. I requested a refund (~$2000) the day after the car was delivered. It's been 3 MONTHS and I still haven't seen the refund. The staff has been nice, BUT they NEVER call back when they say they will AND I still don't know if/when to expect the refund !!! I even spoke to Jeff Carrington, the VP, who said he'd call me back. NO call back, no information. I got a call 2 hours after posting this with the information I needed."

"To start off, communication was horrible and I had to constantly follow up to get any type of information on my truck. However, once Steve was no longer employed there and Joe took over, communication immediately turned around. Joe did a great job gaining back my confidence in MAG and he was a pleasure to deal with. Only negative I can give the repair job is that it would have been nice to have the inside of my truck cleaner once done. The back was covered in a fine white dust and took quite a while to clean up. Also, another nice touch would be to do a quick wash of a vehicle before returning to customer. My truck still had parts from the deer on the bumper and just plain dirty on the outside other than the two new doors. That’s splitting hairs to mention it but certainly would bring the customer service experience up to another level if these small details were handled prior to returning a vehicle that’s had extensive repair work done. It doesn’t cost much of anything to do and presents a much nicer vehicle back to a customer to clean it up a bit first. Otherwise, thank you so much for the repair work."

He closed a deal for me on a Traverse that hadn’t even arrived yet, and we did all of our communication via phone calls and messages. All I had to do when I got there was sign the paperwork.
