"There are not many Saab mechanics like Chris left. I live in Michigan and my daughter, with our 2009 Saab 9-3 Sportcombi Aero XWD, attends college in Vermont. Recently, the engine began running roughly and the check engine light came on. I did some searching for Saab mechanics in Vermont and after making a couple of phone calls, Chris Rizzon was the clear choice. I had the car towed 60 miles to him and within 48 hours, he had the car fixed. He replaced two ignition coils and all six spark plugs and the engine is running perfectly again. While this wasn't a major repair, his knowledge of these cars and logic for replacing the abovementioned parts demonstrated his expertise. He was honest, trustworthy, and his price was fair. I feel great that I found Chris and more secure knowing that he is nearby if we have additional problems with the car in the future.
