"Matt definitely goes above and beyond in the service and expertise he provides his customers at LTA. Recently, I brought in my little '17 Mini Cooper for four new tires, an oil change, and an inspection. I dropped my car off in the morning, and, after inspecting the car, he called me by noon with his assessment (he always calls after an assessment and carefully explains what needs to be done); he said the brake pads really needed to be replaced as well, in order for the car to be inspected. I understood and was glad he caught this. He then provided what I felt was a very fair quote for the entire job. The price was good, he said, in part, because he said he was able to find a really good deal for the new tires from a source he trusts. I was very happy that he was willing to go this extra step to save me money. Unfortunately, he said, the brake pads were not only going to be more expensive than he originally thought, but on top of that, delivery of them was going to be delayed several days. I was not happy about this, but to make it up to me, Matt offered a discount on his overall labor AND gave me the inspection for free. So this is what I mean when I say Matt goes above and beyond!
