"I would never recommend this business! The owner's daughter Krysten is rude and unprofessional. I called several times over the course of 2 months to schedule service and did not receive a call back. I discussed that the service had to be done after hours and she said she would send me an estimate. Her estimate did not include an additional fee for after hours. I sent her a professionally worded email letting her know why I was disappointed and how should could make it right. I was not mean or disrespectful. Her reply was that she didn't want to service us because of the confusion and anger. I never said I was angry , nor did I raise my voice, use disrespectful language or give an attitude. I simply said I was disappointed and why and it could be fixed. Instead of trying to work with me she refused to do anything. Actually, you have done work for us. It's just not in MY name. Most people want to work with customers to make it right and not tell them to go elsewhere. I will be going elsewhere and tell everyone I know to go elsewhere also. Absolutely disgraceful!"
