"I recently had a no-heat situation due to my wood stove being the only practical forms of heat production in the house. Even though they were booked up for weeks they managed to squeeze me in during non-emergency hours. Technicians showed up promptly at designated time and got right to work. Both Kris and his assistant were very helpful and professional throughout the entire service call. They explained what they were doing each step of the way and dumbed it down to lay-mans speak when necessary. Inspection was thorough and included a brief cleaning. They found the issue quickly as well as caught potential problems that might occur down the line. They did not try and upsell me on any service or parts and the service price quoted prior to the visit was spot on. Instead, they gave a series of practical solutions and a timeline for when they would need to be addressed. Additionally, they gave me tips and tool suggestions for future cleaning and maintenance I could do at home all without treating me like I should know better (which I should have lol) The issue was solved the day of and tested prior to leaving. I felt comfortable with their diagnosis and didn't feel pressured into buy more than was necessary to get us up and running for the rest of the season. "I first used them to clean the chimney then for needed repairs/ upgrades. The workmanship was excellent. There was some ambiguity on the scope of work quoted (mostly because we quoted the work remotely, due to covid) they stepped up and handled it at cost which I felt was more than fair.
