"My daughter was on a winter break trip from New Jersey to Killington when the tire air pressure light came on few times, and went away. Since I did not want her to risk waking up the next day with a flat tire, I called Tire Warehouse and directed her to stop by and have them checked for nails or any issues. It was late Thursday night, right before the closing but Nathan still came out and inspected all the tires and checked the pressure, and did not charge a penny (no nails luckily). I could call it a great customer service even though we are not the customers, but it's great to see there are still people and places that will act with some compassion and understanding. Maybe it was a small thing for them, it gave me some peace of mind (those with daughters in college will understand LOL) - thank you."

"They had a tire delivered to them for installation. The first guy called me, and the voicemail left was him not hanging up the phone but complaining about me without meeting me. Then when. I called back, and he said there was no appointment for 5 weeks but would call me when they arrived. Then I got notified that the tires were delivered, so I made an appointment (funny because I was told that there was no appointment for 5 weeks). Then, when my sister took the car to get them installed, they said they were not there even with FedEx confirmation they were and then said they had to reach out to the person who accepted them. They said they would call back soon, but 5 hours later, they had to go back and get treated horribly to the point they did have them and are now saying they arrived a week ago, even with FedEx confirming they arrived on Monday and saying now they can’t install them. Come to find out, the first guy who took to my family was the manager and was completely rude to my mom. I have been a customer with them before, but unfortunately. I work in customer service, too, and that is not how you treat a customer. No Excuses for treating 65 year old women like that."
