"Waterbury's Best Western Plus is a wonderful place to spend 1 night 5 nights 10 nights. It’s a perfect location for visiting a good part of Central Vermont since it's at the crossroads of I-89, VT-100 and VT-2. Perfect location for us. With reasonable rates, the Best Western Waterbury Plus offered us a game room, a living room area with some wooden games set up, a lovely glass enclosed pool area with plenty of seating, a whirlpool hot tub, a very well equipped workout room, hot breakfast and even a Covered Bridge out back. Near walking paths, Waterbury Reservoir, plenty of places to enjoy. Waterbury is a lovely town to walk through and offers just about anything you need. From the moment we arrived, greeted by a friendly face, we felt we'd chosed the best hotel for our needs."

"We loved the hotel. The staff was great, the breakfast was delicious (we miss the yogurt bar now that we're home,) we enjoyed the grounds, covered bridge, and fitness center, and the location is very convenient for all the locations we wanted to see."

"I have stayed at this hotel on several occations over the past few years. Each time I was greeted by very friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure my stays were good. Breakfast is also one of the best I have had. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Friends staff with a very homey feel."

"Stayed in July-August, Staff then was amazing! Returned in October and was totally different. Manager was unfriendly and lacking communication skills, some front desk staff were an image of their manager. Stayed 18/nights, spend over $4,000.00 and was charged $4.00 for 20 copies, even do I am a Diamond member. Should had been advised of this charge and I would had them printed myself. Breakfast is good, has variety, Chefs and Hostess are welcoming and go beyond to assist. Location good. Not planning another stay."
