"Why have a gazebo if you’re going to block off the entrance? All that remains is gross, industrial plastic park benches. And there’s a big, loud road going *right* by…"
"There was a job fair happening here today and it was great to see how many employers were out there. I spoke with several representatives from companies as diverse as The Vermont Country Store, various US armed services, Isovolta Manufacturing, and Dunkin Donuts, to name but a few. The skiing industry, medical fields and hospitality services were also represented. Despite a light rain all were exuberant and eager to engage in conversation. It was a very positive experience."
"I am a vendor at Art in the Park here each fall. It's a lovely park, and the show is a winner for vendors and shoppers alike. I'm particularly fond of the dog show that spontaneously appears as everyone brings their dog to the park to browse."
"Very nice. Many talented people. The park was clean and some beautiful things. Definitely will go again."
"A lovely park to go to. They keep everything clean, and the gazebo is practically clear of bugs and spiders. It's a lovely place to go, and love coming here every time. The only thing that makes people not come here as often is the lack of parking. There's not really a definitive place to park, and if you park on Park Square, then you only have limited space to do so with all of the "no parking from here to the corner" and "no parking" signs. And there's nowhere nearby that's close to park your car, except for maybe the old shutdown building that used to be Rite-Aid, but even then, it's closed and people aren't sure if you can park there. I wish there were a place to park your car, but other than that, it's a great place, and they keep it tidy. It's very lovely to go and have lunch with friends. (I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could, but that doesn't seem to be an option)"
