"Nice and spacious. Very countrylike and beautiful."
"I first vacationed at Chamlar in the 1970s as a child and I still love coming back as an old man! . Beth and her family are super hosts!! The resort always looks great. I have stayed in 3 cabins over the years and they are all great. The cabins are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Probably my favorite are the screened porches which are well furnished with a table and comfy furniture. There is always plenty of room on the beach. Main street, the public beach and boat launch/boat house are all short walks from the resort. We enjoy hiking, biking and kayaking in the Schroon Lake area. Will be back in 2023!!"
"Very nice spot. Fantastic beach. Great cottages; we stayed in the two joined cottages that share a screened porch. Together, they sleep 16, but have only 2 showers. So be aware of this and that there is no AC. Neither of these were an issue for us, but in hot weather, the AC might be."
"Our cottage was the perfect size for our family of 4. The lakefront was beautiful, and the lake just the same. The town was super close and quaint. We had a wonderful week in Schroon. Would definitely go back again."
"Beautiful place. There was wifi in our cottage. No A/C but window fans are provided. The owner is very friendly. Dogs are not allowed. There are cats that live on site."
