"I made a special trip to Pack and Send Plus to got a quote from them to ship a guitar. $130.00 was the written quote. I billed the guy buying it from me for that amount. When they actually packed it, the cost went up to $276.00. When I complained they said "I told you it was a gross estimate". Surely off by over 100% is gross. When I complained again they knocked it down to $178.00. I ate the $48 loss since I had already received the money from the recipient."
