"These folks do quality work, as noted in the before and after pics of my vehicle posted along with this review. They were excellent working with my insurance company for additional costs, and thorough. I can't tell it was ever damaged. Why 3 stars you ask? Their staff when dealing with them in person were less than friendly. Whenever I showed up to check on the status of my vehicle it seemed like they were annoyed with me for having to go and check on it. Today, when I arrived to pick it up my transaction declined because it was over my daily spending limit for my debit card so I needed to call my credit union and sit in their lobby for a bit while my credit union made adjustments to my spending limit to authorize the charge. Again, staff seemed annoyed by my presence and my trying to make small conversation to pass the time. So, 5 stars for their technicians, 1 star for thier counter staff equals 6, divided by 2 is 3."
