"Incredible people, the techs know what they are talking about. Easy to digest what they explain no over the top terminology. Super friendly service people. Trenton doesn't mess around when you need some work done. Helpful staff. Clean professional techs and a perfect low price 1 stop shop. Don't miss out"
"I can't say enough great things about this location and the people who work there. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I continue to give them my business because they've helped me out in a jam in the past and didn't charge me a dime. They just did the same for some friends of mine, who had a tire blowout this morning, and were thankfully right near this VIP Tire store. Even though they were completely booked up with snow tire installations, the manager, Steve, got my friends in, patched their tire, and told them it was no charge. VIP Tire was doing a Make-A-Wish Foundation drive, and Tegan at the front desk told my friends that instead of paying for the tire repair, they could make a donation to the charity instead, if they wanted. These are some good people. If you want to support a great local business, bring your car here!"
"Definitely unimpressed, I dropped my car off in the morning to get my winter tires and confirmed with the receptionist twice in the morning it would be set by 3:30. Gave them extra time and arrived at 4 and they told me it would be at least another hour I sat and waited an hour and a half and looked to see my car still hadn’t moved from where I parked it in the morning. Went to check with the receptionist on the status he seemed irritated with me and told me it should be done soon in a tone that let me know not to ask any questions. Waited until 5:45 and they hadn’t even begun so I walked out. I will never return and recommend anyone to steer clear."
"AVOID at all costs! These people lie! Read the reviews of their constant lies for new brakes! Me, I went in for inspection they tried to fail it for bad brakes only 45k miles on the factory rotors and pads. I declined work and when I showed up to pick up truck two hours later they still had it on the lift tinkering with it. When they brought it outside I took the tech out there I got down on the ground in the rain checking the front brakes first and as I said they’re perfectly fine he said oh it’s the back. I asked why they told me all 4 need to be replaced and sent me a quote for all of them. After stuttering he had no answer. I took it to a trustworthy local shop 5 minutes down the road and they said all my brakes were in great shape and the previous shop lied. Inspection at the other shop passed no problem. This place is dishonest. AVOID!"
"I have had some good experiences at VIP Tires & Service, but I feel obligated to address the most recent visit as it was a bad one! I brought my car in for an inspection. After 45 minutes, I asked the front desk staff how much longer I should expect to wait. Their response was surprising - I needed new brakes to pass inspection. I reminded them that they replaced my brakes a year ago! After some discussion, Trent said that they would honor the warranty and replace the brakes. After a short wait, I saw my car had come off the lift and was taken for a test drive. I was then called to the desk to check out only to find out that they had not replaced my brakes at all but "serviced" them. Warning to folks who are told (sold) similar stories about needing new parts to pass inspection. Am not going back to this business!!!"
