"I brought my Subaru in a few weeks ago to get the O2 sensor fixed and my inspection done. We had set up an appointment, but when I got there the owner (?) didn't recall the appointment and had nothing on the books. Once he was reminded by my partner, he apologized and remembered we had set up an appointment, but still couldn't take my car in until the next week because he had not ordered the parts, so I waited another week. Originally he told us that we would owe around 1500 for the work done, and I brought my car in today. The day went by and we were called and asked to come back and get it, however the bill was now 2700. The work had been done without a call, without any information about the increase in price, and no ability to "take it back". While the work was done efficiently, I was incredibly disappointed with the lack of communication from this business."
