"Appreciate the services that are provided; however, feel under appreciated by the staff members consistently over the past couple of weeks. After many appts attempting to advocate for simple requests, I’m discouraged that I’ve paid for services that I wouldn’t recommend to anybody. As a costumer, i always feel rushed, undervalued, and uncared for. Scheduled my appointments ahead of time and the individual I request is rarely provided, seems like appointments made aren’t ever upheld….usually seen available though. As a result, my nails look cheesy, misshapen and undesirable. Last appointment has solidified how important it is to discuss the ongoing issues. Upon arrival I was checked in, used the bathroom. On my way back, I was told to sit at a different station, It was not busy. In shock at the time it took to make my nails look almost even worse… sanitary practices as well are a consideration for me no longer giving business to this institution. The individual requested (station15) did not take my appointment, sat laughing at tic toks directly behind me through my 1.15 gel mani from an individual who was unable to provide what was requested …. I received a cringy gel mani that I’m unhappy with, nails are uneven/ misshapen too. After many interactions I’ve decided to change salons."

"I had a great experience here. I came to get my gel French nails redone. Too bad I live in CT otherwise I would come here more often. The technician was gentle with my nails. No bleeding, burning or cuts and my nails are the perfect shape and color."

"Worst pedicure 'Ive ever had and it was $37. Sat morning, she had to keep leaving me to check on people under dryers. Very rushed, quick file and on to paint. The color looked nothing like the chip so asked to change it, she didnt put a base coat on for the changed color. She paints 2 coats & a top coat then immediately jams my flip flops on with wet nails. I went home & ended up repainting them myself. This was my first & last time here."

"A lot of colors to choose from. I got the classic pedicure it cost about $35 before gratuity. The stone pedicure is $50. Staff wear masks and there are plastic dividers for manicures. Pedicure chairs have a massage feature and water bowl has a l.e.d. changing lights. No children size seats but can accommodate a child via a pillow they use in the shape of a sloth. Place is a little dated from others I have been to and could use a good cleaning. Staff is wonderful everytime I have came."
