"Jill, Karin, and Cassie did hair and make up services for me, my bridesmaids, and my mother in law for my wedding day. They traveled to my venue in southern Maine and arrived several minutes before our agreed upon time. They were all very professional and accommodating. Everyone’s hair and make up looked amazing and held up well during our outdoor (somewhat breezy) ceremony. Jill, Karin, and Cassie worked through the group in an efficient manner and made sure to keep on track with the timeline. I did a hair trial with Jill and make up trial with Cassie several weeks prior to my wedding day. They both worked with me to coordinate all of our schedules to make it happen. They took the time to look at my inspiration pictures and made some minor adjustments as we went. I am so happy we took the time to do this as it made me feel so much more confident in my hair and makeup style choices going into my big day! A huge thanks the Infinity Salon team for helping to make my day a smooth and glamorous one!"

"i got a haircut here and karin was my stylist. i thought she did an amazing job with my hair but when i got home i realized that one side was longer than the other and my hair still had so many split ends. i think they use dull scissors, but other than that they have good customer service."

"Run away. I showed up with a confirmed appointment on my wedding day and the makeup and hair artist Karen was nowhere to be found. Turned out she had forgotten about the appointment and was 15 minutes away. This level of professionalism is quite frankly embarrassing for the salon. Concord NH can do better. Edit: 7/11/21 In response to Owner's comment I continue to be utterly shocked by Infinity Salon's handling of this event. The Salon owner texted me during my wedding ceremony to beg me to take down this review. I feel this was totally inappropriate and continues to reflect poorly on the salon. She knew I was leaving to go to my wedding ceremony and still felt that it would be an appropriate course of action to text me when I was clearly upset about the events that had transpired. The gall! In response to the owners response, the reason I had to make several phone calls (which were not on speaker phone so we can avoid the hyperbole) was because I had to make arrangements and contingency plans based on the events at the salon. Furthermore, I would have gladly paid well more than $160 to have avoided the whole incidence. No one should have to feel personally attacked on their wedding day or have to deal with continued drama from the salon owner. For anyone that's planned a wedding $160 is a drop in the hat amongst other costs. I left Infinity Salon feeling angry, personally attacked, and needing to warn the community of Concord against using this vendor. No bride should have to go through this."

"Love this salon! Jill is the only stylist I will go to and am always so impressed by how talented she is. She listens to what I want and i always leave the salon very happy with what she has done. I have only met a few other stylists but they all seem so nice and their clients seem just as happy as I am! I highly recommend this salon to anyone who lives in this area or is willing to travel ( I come from Londonderry)!"

"I see Jill the owner of Infinity. She is the absolute best. Takes her time to listen to what I really want and my hair always comes out fabulous. I won't let anyone else do my hair cut or color ever again. I love what she has done with the salon, it so cute and a fun and inviting atmosphere. Worth the drive to Concord every time!!!"
