"I’ve purchased numerous pieces of furniture from this store. My last was a desk which was damaged when delivered. I took photos, went to the store, emailed and called with no resolution. I paid full price. No offer to discount. No offer to replace. No offer to fix. Eventually they just ignored my inquiries."
"I have purchased from Endicott in the past and have always been pleased with their excellent customer service. I also prefer to deal locally when possible, and to buy American made products. My most recent purchase was a sectional sofa, certainly the most expensive furniture item I have purchased. I went to Endicott's to shop, then traveled to Manchester to the LaZBoy store to compare. Whoops! There appeared to be a manager and a salesperson having a loud and unpleasant argument in the middle of the store, lasting the entire 15 minutes that I was there. Very unprofessional! I returned to Endicott's later that week, and Richard and the staff could not have been any more pleasant and professional. The delivery staff were excellent as well. I am very satisfied with my experience at Endicott."
"Bought two Fjords recliners from Endicott one purchased May of 2019 and the other April of 2020. Been having issues with both chairs since right after they were purchased. Eric has been made aware for quite some time of these issues. He never responded so I contacted Fjords directly and they were not helpful they said that they were gonna replace the chairs and that the other chairs could go back after we got the new ones.. They then changed there offer and failed to help and the owner fails to get back in touch and so do there staff. I emailed Eric again on 9/13, 2021 and he refuses to respond to emails not.. Just be careful that when you buy items from them that they side with the company and dont help the customer at all. Update 9/23 not an email or word from either Endicott or Fjords.. Horrible way to treat customer."

"We spent a significant amount of money 5 years ago on several pieces of furniture - leather couch & loveseat, dining room set, bookcases, end tables, a desk, and more. We wanted to support local and loved the history of this store. We purchased the furniture insurance for all of the furniture as well. We tried to put in a claim on multiple items last year. The experience was excruciating with zero help from Endicott after pleading with them to step in. A normal person would have just given up but we found a manager at the insurance company and got a few of the pieces that were damaged covered. The owner of Endicott said he would work with us and help us get more replacements by using our credit with floor samples, etc. Instead, we get a replacement sectional that was stuffed into our apartment and damaged in the process. We asked for him to take the sectional back and he refused. He said he would take care of the damages and hasn’t. Now he is blaming us for damages that were supposed to be fixed BEFORE the sectional was even delivered to us. They got paid from our insurance claim and now we are screwed. The owner has no idea what customer service is. He can’t even return email messages for weeks on end. If you have any problems with the furniture you purchase from this store, don’t expect to be taken care of by the owner. You think you are paying more money for USA made, better quality furniture but sadly, you are just paying more for so-so quality furniture. Their markup is outrageous and there are dozens of better places to shop for furniture than here. Buyer Beware!!!
