The person I spoke with was so incredibly kind and understanding of my nervousness and answered all of my questions with a knowledge of the process that eased my worries. Right before we started the treatment, however, we found out that some of the area I wanted to get treated was too dark to for the machine to safely remove hair from. I'm so thankful that the person informed me of the machine's limitations and explained clearly why it posed a danger to go ahead with the process. "The office environment and treatment room are very welcoming, calm and clean spaces. I had the 3 for me treatment done by Christina. Christina was very knowledgable about the procedure I had done. Before she started, she gave me an overview of what the procedure would be like, made sure I was comfortable and ready.
