"Always a decent option especially for delivery. In person the service is whatever but the sandwiches are almost always on point and over ~30 visits over three years I can only think of one time the quality was subpar."

"Stopped in on 10/17/23 and the store was FREEZING!! No one working knew how to adjust the thermostat, not even the shift leader that i was told was working a double that day. Got home, and because of the store freezing temp, we had to heat the subs (cold subs) in the microwave to soften the rock hard bread to eat the food. We will continue to patronize this location, but wanted SOMEONE in a higher position to know about the issue. (District manager, Area director or owner of the company)"

"While I have never found anything to complain about Jersey Mikes...today was the absolute worst experience I have ever had ...anywhere... We arrived at your Hudson, NH location. I took my 12 year old Autistic Grandson inside to help him learn to do ordering. There were three young men that found it a big joke while we were in there. The worst was when we left the store. They were making all sorts of comments on how my Grandson speaks, all the while they laughed hystericallly.I have never felt so violated in my life, not to mention the tears I shed knowing that he probably will face that his whole life. I was told this by his Grandfather, who was still in the store. Shame on you for trying to trick us into believing you do so much for the Community."

"They send coupons with “Hudson” on them that they are unwilling to honor. The manager was rude about it when I was in store and when I discussed my experience with Corporate in hopes of a refund, they said they did not have coupons they were aware of. How does a business send coupons they are unaware of? The customer service was awful/slow/unresponsive. I’m extremely disappointed with both this location, as well as the level of support I received from their customer service."

"Wow, Jersey Mike's Italian sub is an absolute must-try! Their quality and freshness can't be beat. I always choose to have my sub "Mikes Way" which includes onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and spices, creating an explosion of flavor in every bite. The giant size could easily feed me in one go, but I love that I can savor it across two meals without feeling guilty about the price. Jersey Mike's has definitely left a lasting impression on me, and I can't wait to come back for more!"
