"I always get ignored at the counter, they are more concerned with the people in the drive through. I also hear the manager swearing all the time with customers in ear shot. The service is unbelievably slow. Today (Nov 22) the lobby was locked. No note on the door or anything. I had to go to the drive through and stood still in it for over 15 minutes."

"I’m a regular, I like this place. They’re very busy. Sometimes it’s a long wait, but I know that. What I don’t know is who would look at this sandwich and think that it’s ok to serve to someone that paid money. Or how you think that I won’t taste the sticky, burnt bread if you put it facing the inside. Disgusting. I can barely salvage this. This sandwich shouldn’t have left the building. This isn’t the first time. I would wait for a good sandwich. Open your food before you drive away."

"This is my favorite Dunkin's ever. Everyone is always so personable and friendly, and often they'll even write you cute notes on your cup if you're a regular. BUT, the last few days I've been, there have only been one or two people working and they seem STRESSED. I really hope management is doing everything they can to help their employees and are not leaving them out to run like crazy without any reward. This is how good employees get burnt out."

"Friendly, fun-loving servers. And when the beverage maker forgot and made iced latte instead of hot, quickly made a delicious hot version to my specs perfectly, and the ringer gave me the col one s well. Chocolate donut was nice n fresh!"

"Horrible customer service, my wife and I were the only people in the building and after about 5-6 mins we noticed that drive-thru had no wait. Not sure if they just didn't want to take our order or what. 4 employees walked past us looked right at me and continued to take yet another order in drive-thru. NOT ONE PERSON SAID HELLO. We assumed our business was not wanted and just left without our order. The place was VERY dirty and they didn't seem to have any person in charge. Worst dunks ever been drinking dunks for over 25 years, I'm thinking it's time to find a new coffee spot. Tried again today 7/24/23, my own stupidity. Why do you make your bagels like this? With a warm iced coffee? I'm not even out if the parking lot and I have almost no ice lol"
