"Papa Gino's has the best pizza. No question. It taste the way pizza tasted when I was a kid. (I'm 68) The Papa Gino's in Concord is different from other Papa Gino's. There is no beverage fountain, and bottled drinks are not cheap. Very few menu items are under $10. The toppings/condiments/utensils are kept behind the counter. The only self-serve Item is napkins. The woman who waited on me was not very customer friendly. She wasn't rude, but she didn't smile either, and spoke in monotone. I was not thanked for my business. A very cold experience. It is the least welcoming and least comfortable Papa Gino's that I've ever been in."
