"Don’t waste your time or money. Made an appointment for my hair. Showed up only to be told that they messed up and gave me an appointment on a day when they were supposedly closed for meetings or other reasons. They then attempted to accuse me of being at fault for showing up and that they had tried “multiple times” to contact me. Wrong and false, with cellphones all calls show up and there were none from this farce of a business to me. Take your money and business to a place that actually will serve you and keep appointments, or even know how to give you an appointment they will keep."

"I've been going to NESHD for about 10 years now for a pretty standard men's cut. It's important to keep in mind that it is just that - a school. I've gotten the occasional not-so-great cut, but if you're honest and straightforward with both the students and instructors they'll make sure you get what you want. I continue going becuase it's helping young adults learn their profession, the price is unbeatable (unless you're doing it yourself), and the instructors review every cut before you get out of the chair."

Jennifer is the stylists that did my services and she did a very nice job and she was very pleasant the whole time. She also introduced me to Kylee who helped out and put me in touch with her for my next appointments do to Jennifer well have completed her classes. Thank you both for the great services. Thank you"

"The students were very nice people, however, if you're looking for a pedicure you will be completely disappointed. They claimed they were prohibited from using applicable pedicure tools (nail clippers, cuticle tools etc.) The $32 fee for the services rendered was extremely disappointing."
