I really enjoyed the interior decor, it reminded me of a tree house with all the wood themed tables. I am looking forward to going back again soon. "The Intervale Farm Pancake House has been on our lists of places to try for some time now. Luckily, the wait is over and we were able to enjoy and incredible breakfast and experience here. We always see the parking lot is full, so we expected there would be a wait and it was fine. While we waited, we enjoyed the outdoor seating they have available. About 30 minutes later we were able to go inside and be seated. We were seated and served rather quickly despite it still being a full house. The food was incredible and fresh. I got a little bit of everything and I didn't leave a crumb behind. Also, their in-house Intervale Farm maple syrup is amazing. They even sell it by the bottle! Check this place out the next time you are in the area for some seriously delicious food."
