"I have been a customer of theres for some time. And have had a few loans with them. Last year my boyfriend and I purchased our house and did our mortgage through here. Angel has been super helpful. Not only did she answer all of our questions and concerns during the application process, but she has answers any questions we have asked about our mortgage after the application process. This year we've found out that the property tax went up were our escrow account ended up being short. And as stated, Angel has been there answering our questions about making payment and determining new estimated monthly payments. When it comes to finances and budget adjusting that is a very easy high stress, high anxiety, trigger for me.  But with Angel's assistance and answers Angel helped keep those levels low and help us come up with easy plans that we can make work."

They’re quick to charge you fees and extend you credit when your credit is perfect but when it’s not forget it. I’ve had a mortgage with them for over 13 years and always paid it on time. Now I’ve fallen on a temporary financial hardship and they offer nothing for options or assistance other than reporting my payment as late to the credit bureau and ruining my credit. Stay far away from this bank!"

My in-person deposit was made right after the auto withdrawal, and the withdrawal had already been processed and denied. Never had a denial, low balance, overdraft fee. I guess that is worth nothing."
