"I wanted to get a small loan. Called One Main Financial and was directed to Jen by Zoie. After speaking with Jen, she advised me of the documents that would be needed. Jen would send me an email & I could go from there. I had a question so I called back. Jen was not available but the Manager Christopher answered all my questions and then some. Soon after that Jen called me, and together we completed the loan process. Everyone in that office should be commended for their excellent customer service. The most important thing is the customer and Jen made me feel very comfortable. Thank you, Jen, Zoie & of course, Christopher for having such conscientious people working for you."
