"Amazing food the Sesame shrimp are the best crispy and flavored it the best one. I don't know why people are so mean they work hard to make the food only 4 people work there no one else they work hard from day to night they work. To be fair they only have the mother and father working in the morning all the way to night just for there kids I think we should give some respect to them. I personally think that there food is good so please if anyone have some bad reviews to wirte here I think you should keep it to YOURSELF."
"I decided to try this place simply out of curiousity. I normally go to the imperial. I will never go to this place again. By far some of the worst chinese food ive ever had. The pork fried rice tasted like it was cooked in motor oil and tasted like plastic. The boneless ribs i ordered where just chunks of fat with some meat on them i couldnt even finish the appetizer that i ordered of boneless ribs because they were 90% fat. The chicken fingers were clearly microwaved and were mushy. I didnt even finish most of the food. I wasted $30 on food that was worse than an MRE. yes. The food was fast but sometimes fast isnt good not sure how this place gets good reviews because that food was horrible and is killing my stomach."
"Love their food, the owners are friendly, las well as thier daughter who runs the front of house when busy. They know I do not want mushrooms and make sure I don't. Every once in a while I'll get and extra item N/C. Just wish they could open the dine in, but understandable why not. We eat there several times a month. So many others around Newport and Claremont, but I choose Plaza Dragon."
"My wife and I been going here for years, they have the best Chinese food by far, in the area. I don’t understand some of these negative reviews, people are just rotten and mean these days. Do yourself a favor and don’t pay any attention to the negative google trolls and enjoy some great take-out."
"I've had multiple bad experiences here, which is why I'm now finally writing a review. 1. The first time I went there, they were still open for dine-in. My fiance and I decided to go for lunch. During lunch, the owner's son came up to our table with a matchbox car, and was using us, our table, and our plates as a race track, for the entire meal, which we rushed through to get away from him. His mom kept yelling at him, but he didn't listen and she didn't enforce discipline. He then proceeded to question my fiance about the way he looked. (Update: There have been 2 instances since of their kids rudely commenting on the way people in my party look.) 2. The owner's daughter charged me $85.00 for a lunch combo (was supposed to be $8.50, and when I politely mentioned it, she wasn't wanting to fix it. I asked to speak to her mom, who then fixed it. 3. I went in to get my take-out and there was a customer in front of me successfully paying on their credit card. It was my turn so I handed the woman my credit card. She said "We don't take credit cards." I said "You just took their credit card as payment." She repeated herself. So I said okay and went to walk out. She started yelling to me "Where are you going?!" I said "To an ATM to get cash out." She sighed and kind of grunted and said "Fine I'll take your credit card!". And proceeded to charge my card with no issues. 4. When you get sweet and sour chicken, they charge $3.00 for a 2oz sweet and sour sauce. I've never heard of this at any other Chinese restaurant."
