McDonald's

"To the franchisee of this McDonald's: Please be aware that this location needs some serious attention. As a customer, I expect a certain standard of (consistent) quality and service. Over the last couple of months I have experienced several occurances that are unacceptable. Examples: Kiosks have not been giving receipts. Staff leaving food at the wrong table with no customers seated at it, and a different table locator number than the one on the receipt. Cold fries. Every.time.we.order! - Really? Pies served at 7:00PM with sell by date of 2:06PM. Awesome! Burgers served do not meet visual standard. They look like they were prepared without care; condiments oozing out the side of the bun, lettuce and onions loose in the box. Manager heard laughing (loudly & repeatedly) in the kitchen - loud outbursts of inappropriate language heard from the staff as well. This place is like a merry band of misfits! From now on, we will happily drive to the Claremont McDonald's where none of the nonsense outlined above occurs."

"Idk why the rating is so low- it’s probably the best McDonald I’ve ever been to. You can tell because happy mcdonald customers usually don’t leave a review, only unhappy ones."

"Mackey Ds is not what it use to be. I miss the old atmosphere where you really felt welcomed and people were ready to serve you. The people are nice but there is no hustle. Not just at this McDonald's either. It's everywhere. Make fast food fast again! Put a little hustle in your step and get things done! Not a bad experience just looking for a better one. I do love being able to go to any McDonald's and getting what I want the way I expect it."

"Never really had a good experience at this location, sadly - something is always made wrong or not working or completely forgotten, and a lot of the people obviously don't want to be there. Prices don't match the quality of the food and service. It's not even fast food anymore. Even when there's no one else in line, the wait time seems unreasonable. And there is never enough staff during rush hour, so you're waiting 30 minutes to an hour for something that was suppose to be quick and easy. I've worked at a McDonald's before so I know how they operate. I can't believe this place has stayed open for so long"

"They keep giving us half full fries. It like ordering a large fry and getting a medium or ordering a medium and getting a small but in the correct container you ordered. You don’t get what you pay for. The staff is friendly, and for the most part do a good job, but it seems when it gets busy they give me less just get me out of the way. I don’t mind waiting for what I ordered if they just tell me they are waiting on fries."
