"As the price of coffee skyrockets, it seems customer service declines. Staff are friendly when you place your order. They are all so caught up in their personal conversations. I don't think they realize what we hear. So often your drink is not correct more than it is. It is not worth the hassle when I can purchase my type, flavor etc to make at home for the price or less than price of 1 coffee."
