"The staff in this location is incredibly rude, lazy and careless. The short frizzy hair girl in the front just stared at us when we were ready to order. No greeting, nothing. The rest of the staff are so oblivious to what's going on. The drinks take way too long to make (more than 10 minutes). They literally make one drink at a time and it was clear this team needed far more training. They were out of many things which is poor inventory management by their management team. For a $7 drink I expect far superior service and speed. Avoid this location. The trash cans were overflowing as well (meaning managers weren't prioritizing lobby service at all.) Just yikes. The district team needs to get in this location ASAP and intervene with remedial training -- especially for the management."

"I only really get drinks in the drive-through, so I can't speak to the food or atmosphere. The drinks are usually very good and the service is always friendly and good quality. Sometimes, my drink isn't quite right, but it's never bad enough for me to stop going. I understand that it's a busy atmosphere, and things can get easily mixed up in a speedy food service situation. Overall, I like this place very much, and I look forward to the treat of a sweet drink once in a while!"
