"Greasy floors when you go in and very slow service overall. Any online orders have a chance of not having the items available when you go to pick up. On the flip side, the employees are typically very nice!"

"I work in the area and have been to this store multiple times. I very rarely go any more because the quality of the food and service. They consistently close the dining area and only accept drive thru that takes 20 minutes to get. They need to hire more staff so they can take care of both the counter and drive thru efficiently."

"This place needs to be shut down for health reasons. We got a moldy bun and raw bacon on multiple sandwiches. Customer service could care less. Someone’s going to get seriously sick…"

"This place needs serious intervention.. none of the tables were clean and had literal pincher bugs on the seat. The high chairs had visible dirt and grime on them. The play place had white mold and used soda cups inside the play equipment. The chicken fries were old and stiff. We also heard the manager making fun of someone to another employee about how they could ‘barely speak English’ right at the front counter. The employee taking our order had his personal phone out and we didn’t even get all our food.. our sons kids meal didn’t get fries or an applesauce that we asked for. We will never be back here and are genuinely left feeling nauseous about the whole place."

"The food was great. Service was different. Stopped by late 10pm ish since we were driving and it was right off the highway. No one spoke English.. I try to make small talk, I tried to be polite, kindly ordered but they spoke to each other the entire time another language. Food was perfect. Not complaining I was just confused.
