"The office department really failed, receive at least 2 calls a day to confirm the appointment. Caller seemed confused as to whom they were calling at first, then got the correct name. Always confirming the amount due at each call and reviewing the payment policy. Question if we had insurance after all the forms were completed and return via email. Changed the appointment time the day of the appointment, then another call from the Dr. to request a different time of arrival. Once we arrived, we were told no referral had been received. You would think with several calls to us confirming, changing time, reminding of amount due, someone would have realize that the referral was not there, rather then when we walk into the office. By that time our primary dental office was closed. When the front office is the first point of connection with the patient they should be communicating with each other as there are at least 4 or 5 personal at the front. The dental treatment and the Dr were great"

"The experience here was by far the BEST I have ever had at a Dentistry office. The first time I called to make an appointment, the lady that handled that was very caring and professional, the ladies at the front counter were ALL amazing and Dr. Jutras and her assistant were AMAZING. I actually had tears in my eyes after, it was from the wonderful experience, certainly not from any pain. I would recommend this office to anyone needing GREAT dental care."

"Is it possible to have a 5 star revue for a root canal? If so, Dr. Walsh deserves 5 stars and a whole lot more for the root canal I had this week. The numbing shots were barely a pinch, the procedure went quickly and I was kept in the loop during the entire procedure which was comforting. Everything was explained in easy to understand terms including the follow up care. I highly recommend Dr. Walsh and his caring staff to anyone in need of a root canal. My experience exceeded all expectations and my recovery was easy and pain free. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for Dr. Walsh!"
