"I had to wait 10 minutes to place my order even though there was no line in the lobby (apparently they were giving priority to the drive-thru). Then I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my food. There were at least eight people working there, I don't understand why there was such a wait 4:30 on a Thursday night. Also, had no milk for the kids meal. How does a restaurant run out of milk?"

"Routinely the worst taco bell I've been to. Being one the only ones near the Vermont boarder, I give it a try every once in a while. Went through the drive right before a rush, and pulled forward to wait over 15 minutes for my order (crunchwrap meal and a bean burrito) while 4 cars behind me got their order fulfilled without any communication about the status of my order. Had to park and go inside to question the status since they would not pick up the phone, where I was told "well your crunchwrap cannot be fulfilled and I'm too busy to give you a refund here," and directed to sit through the rush through the drive through again to get my money back. Over half an hour of waiting for terrible service and no food"

"The experience starts with a broken door with a sun faded broken door sign. No one ever thought of fixing the door. In a very filthy bathroom, the toilet was broken. The whole restaurant is a mess. The soft drink machine has a sign « warm soft drink » because it is broken, and there is another sign saying « no ice ». We had hot coke with our meal, great. Do not go there. Please."

"This Joint KFC / Taco Bell is so bad, continuing to spend money there is a disservice to the community. The food is poor quality and the staff tamper with food, it’s dirty and the wait is anything but fast. Please don’t go here, let their doors close permanently."

"If only i could give negative stars in Google reviews. Abosulte nonsense food served. Food is half-cooked everytime ,especially for taco bell. I enjoyed eating taco bell so much before moving to this region but this taco bell has almost made me dislike the food. Absolute disappointment and disaster this tacobell. Needs a management change or more worker training on how to cook food and not be rude to customers.
