"I'm sorry to say that I also had a similarly bad experience with the staff as others have had here. The staff called while I was on the road, working, to confirm my appointment. No problem, yes, I'll be there. Then they wanted payment. First off, nearly half is being covered by dental insurance. Secondly, I'm not a big fan of paying for a service before it is rendered. However, it's okay. Unfortunately, I did not have the credit card with me at that exact moment. As it is a day before a holiday, the staff says they are leaving early today and they aren't open tomorrow or Friday's. I said okay, I will call in on Monday as my appointment wasn't until the following Thursday. Their response, was that according to the agreement, we all sign, payment must be made 1 week prior. Get that, they want payment right now because they are closing early, and they are not open Friday. They made the problem and are giving me the hassle. After a few calls back and forth, I said forget it. Then they accuse me of being nasty. Unbelievable. They are obviously more concerned with money. I run a business. If my closures or delays cause a customer problems, that's on me. It's not my customer's fault. I guess they need to learn that."
"Today was extraction day and a most pleasant experience. Staff were amazing, helpful and made my visit a comforting one. Dr. Gauthier has my vote as the best oral surgeon. She explained in detail what was being done, and the procedure was over before I knew it. Instructions were given, easy to understand, and I felt relieved and happy to have made a great choice in oral surgeons. Thank you Dr. Gauthier and entire staff."
"Going to this office was a horrible, traumatic experience. I have pre-existing conditions that need me to be put asleep, because I have no stress response. Others with my conditions have died from just a cleaning due to anxiety. She refused me sedation, even after I got my other physicians approval, which she asked for! Since it took 4 months to actually get the procedure, I felt I had no other option than to get through it because of the pain I was in. There was no time to wait. Shortly before the procedure I was asked to come in and pay my co-pay. I accidentally forgot, and the next day I was told you better come in and pay or they'll give my appointment away. Not only that, but I had to come in within the hour because they were closing. End of business for that day was listed as 5, and it wasn't anywhere near that time. Money is more important than their patients. My normal dentist profusely apologized, asked what happened because they needed to know if they should continue sending referrals to her. I really hope they never send another patient there. This office loves giving the run around, knowing people come to them because they are in pain. Maybe stop closing early and taking days off all the time! It might help address that problem. Oh, the ice cream on the top is my mouth is getting shredded to bits because there is jagged bone sticking out of one of my sockets weeks after the procedure."
"Dr.Gauthier is a great surgeon. The staff is very friendly and always try to get you in in a reasonable amount of time. Very caring and understandable to your situations. I would definitely go see them again for more work when it needs to be done."
"Absolutely amazing experience in every way. From the first phone call to make an appointment - to leaving after the procedure- everything was perfection. Every staff member is kind, enthusiastic, incredibly friendly and does whatever they can to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr Gauthier is beyond fabulous- I was so incredibly worried and a severe dental phobe for absolutely no reason. Before I even had time to squirm in the chair my procedure was over. Painless! This entire office is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, comforting and dedicated to their patients. I am SO grateful for them I cannot even put into words. Best experience I have ever had. Thank you all so much!"
