"I was a patient of Dr. Neely’s office, Hanover Orthodontics, when I was much younger and when one of my permanent retainers recently needed fixing I used that opportunity to realign a few teeth that had moved in the 20+ years that had passed. I was pleasantly surprised to find the office exactly how I remembered it from years before, along with some of the same smiling faces! Every part of the experience was professional and personal – from the initial Invisalign consultation with Christine, scheduling and figuring out insurance with Lori, to check-ins with Shannon, their entire staff are excellent at what they do and make you feel at home. Although the office looks the same, it was impressive to see the new equipment and technologies they now use to make it less invasive and more efficient. Dr. Neely also seemed just as friendly and devoted to his work as ever, still with his signature bolo tie collection. I started in Feb 2020 right before COVID began and was able to complete the process safely and comfortably with the precautions they implemented.
