"I honestly don’t know where to start .. I have two daughters who went to this camp last July. My kids still have nightmares of what happened there. 1, food was so bad that they chose not to eat. Staff claims to all be vegetarians. And that was the excuse for them to eat different meals from campers ? 2, poop on the floor in the shower? Dirty and disgusting 3, the girls begged for them to call me to get picked up. When I called the camo to check on them I was told that they were doing good. 3. I asked why my kids weren’t in pictures ? The next day they looked so sad in 1. This camp claims to have horseback riding and to a if activities but they don’t. They activities are having kids okay with play-doe? There was a picture of my daughter playing with a Soccor ball. When I asked her if she had fun playing she told me that they made her ai they could take a picture of her ?? 4 when one of my daughters was having a hard time, they seperated them ? I’m still confused about that 5 this place is so dirty, I’m not sure how it passes the inspection to be a legit camp. It’s scary. My kids were in tears when we picked them up. This is supposed to be fun. I’m I would never send them back here. I would feel aweful if I didn’t leave this review. I need to let people know that this is not a place to leave your kids."
"I’m giving this camp two stars because there are some things that need to be addressed. Now This camp is pretty fun and no hate to this camp but kinda… first we do the same freaking thing every day and it’s so annoying, if you are in hilltop or Woodside you are treated like a two year old, the staff don’t even care they have no respect for you and they just care about having fun with their other staff friends, The food… TERRIBLE!!!!!!! and there is barely any activity’s! Also I wish we didn’t have swimming lessons like we all know how to swim calm down!"
"I personally love this camp although I didn’t really like how we had to shower every other day and how we barely got any time in our cabin but personally it was pretty fun I just wish they stopped doing swimming lessons because I’ve been there two times so far and nobody in my cabin or anybody even in the village liked them. I recommend going there because you’ll have a blast and I do recommend all of the higher up stuff if you love you like to do stuff up high. I didn’t really like how on their website they say that you do all the stuff yeah really like 90% of them u do."
"This camp is amazing. When I go, it is the highlight of the summer. The activities are fun, The other campers are really nice, and the staff is really friendly. But one thing I didn't really like was the swim directors would have you run or jump into the water while it was freezing. But overall, this is an amazing place and I can't wait to go back next summer :)"
"My first year Camp Foss was amazing!!!! My second year Camp Foss, I went for my birthday the second week and had an absolute blast going to Mi-Te- Na!!! There are soooo many activities and most of the counsellors are amazing and super sweet and encouraging. This year will be my third year and I am already planning what to pack! I have made so many friends at Camp Foss and I plan to make many more. Camp Foss is my home away from home and I always feel so welcome there. The cabins are cozy and cute. Can't wait to see any of you there! Strength to lead and faith to follow! Light those candles!"
