This blond woman came in rude as hell and said ill show you the exit. SUPER rude.I will never go back 0 rating from me"
"Been going here for years, unfortunately, and each visit seems worse than the last. Aspen dental is what you get when a medical facility is ran as a business first and a care provider second. I asked for an oral surgeon consult, which has a consultation fee of $150. This is fine, medical expertise is specialized and is worth the money. However, I spent 45 minutes in the waiting room, only for a nurse to finally come and get me. Once the doctor showed up, and the following is not an exaggeration, he looked at my mouth for 30 seconds. And not a second more. He did not review with me the xrays my orthodontist sent to office, nor a treatment plan. He merely said he should be able to do the implant, and a bone graft would be needed. A 30 second check-up, and a 1-minute discussion. Afterwards, I was told to wait in the waiting room for another 15 minutes. The time it took for them to draft up an estimated quote. And the office lady seemed more interested in trying to get me to finance the cost through a loan, then even checking in with my dental insurance. Which ironically they are networked with. And regardless of the fact that the surgeon himself was contracted, my insurance provides out-of-network benefits. I spent a longer time at the quote desk with the office secretary trying to get my permission to run a credit check so they could draft me a financing plan, than any medical practitioner. Despite the fact I informed her that if I did move forward with it, I would be paying out of pocket. This dental office is ran like a car dealership. They want to get as many patients as possible, so the stuff them in the waiting room. Once you finally get back in the treatment rooms, they always rush and try to get you out as soon as possible. I can fully appreciate a business making money, but this office is the culmination of what happens when money becomes the end all be all for a medical office."
"I have a broken tooth. I need a crown. Aspen won’t let me get the crown until I first spend $1300 for periodontal cleaning. I’m frustrated! Overall however the girl who took my X-ray was awesome and the dentist was pleasant also. Checkout was horrible!"
"I had a great experience with Aspen. Easy to schedule and get an appointment. Great staff! Highly organized. Had tried to get a new patient appointment with two other dental clinics. Couldn't even get past the other dentists' appointment desks and there were multiple application snafus. Would definitely recommend contacting Aspen first."
