"I spent a lot of money on cosmetic retainers and feel absolutely slighted. The initial appointment and scan was horrendous and clearly the staff in charge of mapping my mouth did not know what they were doing. And during the “dentist check” once the retainers were made (at an outside facility) I could not get the retainer out of my mouth, and the dentist barely took a look and was very flippant with my concerns. I would NOT recommend getting any retainer services here and frankly will not be back for my routine cleanings either. It’s too bad because there is one good hygienist and a very kind receptionist. But they are not worth the rest of the service."

"Another excellent visit at Lebanon Dental Care where I had routine cleaning and x-rays. Allison is tops, as usual. She is so accomplished in her technique and knowledge base on dental hygiene. I always learn something when I sit in Allison's chair. Chelsea is always cheerful and professional at entry and exit. Both these professionals make a visit to the dentist so much less stressful. Typically, I visit for routine dental care and hygiene, so Allison is the person with whom I have established an excellent relationship. "They only have one doctor. Should be careful when this is the case. The doctor tended to take care of more than one patients at the same time and I was left on the examination chair without attention more than once during past visits. The doctor was also unprofessional and missed my appointment without any prior notice, making me wait for 40min. My procedure was scheduled to only last 30min and the time already passed into next patient's slot and I left. No one apologized. The lady at front desk had decent attitude when no one was at fault and I paid my bill normally, but turned arrogant and unwilling to talk when they were at fault. They have no mercy with customers who miss an appointment and charge that for $100, but immune themselves of any responsibility for their at-fault missed appointment, providing no compensation. Avoid the business."

"They're always friendly oh, and can get me in in a timely manner especially with emergencies, they explain everything in detail and work to take care of your needs with your budget in mind. They always take the extra time to make sure I'm comfortable because I have anxiety about dentists. They are absolutely wonderful when it comes to understanding my anxiety and walking me through the process to make me as comfortable as possible."
