"I bought my hot tub from Sundance Spas and love it. I recently emptied, cleaned and refilled it. I noticed it was leaking. Called for service. Was told they were busy and would call me back in a week. Two weeks passed. Recalled them. They assured me I was on the repair list but it would be another week or so.. It has been a month since my initial call. With temps dropping into the twenties this week, I started looking elsewhere. Called Tubs 2 Go on Friday (10/19) and Paul were here today (10/21) to fix it. Maybe their hot tubs are good...but if they don't back they with good service ....hmmmm....."
