"We found this campground on a map search near where family was staying so we could spend time with them. We stayed 3 nights and didn't spend alot of time at the campground. It was clean and busy for a holiday weekend. It was a very quiet place and the person that checked us in was very friendly. Most of the campground was open field which really isn't our style but we did get a spot that was not in the field. The only thing I would say is be sure to ask about where they will put you. The spot we had was listed as for small trailers, less the 25 feet. I asked if our 28 footer would fit and they said yes. It in fact did fit but I have a long truck and we had a difficult time getting into the spot with trees and water post. Now that we know how it is layed out and have seen the spots, if we go back again we know exactly which ones to ask about getting. We would recommend this place for sure."
"I spent 2 nights tenting and had a beautiful site along the river. The campground is clean and the owners are very friendly & personable. After a long day of hiking it was nice to have a clean hot shower to use. I will be booking a stay with them again in the future."
"Wonderful campground! We stumbled across this gem purely by accident & what a pleasant surprise. Only disappointment was we were on a tight schedule & couldn't stay longer. Well kept campground with everything you need. We were camping in our motorhome so didnt experience the cabins but no doubt very nice as well. River borders the campground, tons of trees, playground, nice country store well stocked & not overpriced! We're from Oregon & we appreciate nice campgrounds! Spoke to the owner & daughter & very nice & helpful! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great stay."
"We stayed on one of the campsites with full hookups. The owners are very nice and want to make sure you have a good stay. They were even nice enough to wait for us a little past final check in when we ran into some mechanical issues. They run a very family oriented place and keep it very clean. They were even nice enough to lower us borrow a jack when we had a issue with one of trailer tires. Only issue I had was that we were in a rather tight spot that was muddy, but it was the only one I saw at the campground. Also, in all fairness, they were accommodating us in the first place as we had to reschedule our original trip. Overall, I would recommend this camp ground for your camping. We have a 25 for travel trailer which they had several full hookup sites for. They also have some very nice tent sites right on the river and a very clean bath house (we did use is after we packed up our camper for the return home). Will be looking to book here again, maybe even this year if e can find some own dates."
"The campground is nice and well-maintained. The tent sites are right on the river however, you can’t get to the water from the sites. The tent sites are very small and, beware, sites R8 & R9 have absolutely no privacy between the 2 sites. It’s basically one site divided in two with 1 tree in between. Great if you want to share with another group. The premium sites are the way to go but at $60/night, not worth the money. Also, if you adjust any extra guests within 2 weeks of your reservation you will not get your money back. They consider that a cancellation which was never conveyed when we spoke on the phone. I would not go back."
