"I brought my car in for what I knew was a loose belt. They changed the water pump and didn’t touch the belt, they stated they actually broke a different belt during the water pump repair, kept the car for 4 days, and I went home with the car still screeching. Brought it back, said they adjusted it, still screeching. This time I picked it up and my alignment was so far off that the wheel needed to be completely turned right to drive straight. They forgot to realign it is what I was told. How many chances do you give a guy? This is a safety issue. I decided that was it, brought it back to Toyota where I’ve always maintained the maintenance. Car was not repaired properly per Toyota, my tire locks were also missing after they used them, my windshield is oddly rattling, I had oil all over the inside of my car, tires shaking when I drive because it’s so misaligned after a water pump repair. Personally, did not have a good experience, costing me much more money to re repair what was done."
