"I washed my car by hand and used my debit card..it says 4 min=$5.00! I only used the 4 min and they charged me $10!!! Will never go there again!"

"Of course there’s no phone number or website, why would they want all the complaints they’d get? The car wash literally skips the wash cycle and rinses your car while drying. What the hell did I just spend $15 on?!?! Oh and 3 of the 5 vacuums are broken, didn’t even bother with the 2 working ones because I’m sure they’re still clogged like other reviews have pointed out."

"I wished I had check the reviews before I went. A waste of time and money. Vacuums were clogged 3$ for like 8 mins. I did better with a dustpan brush. For the self wash wash 4$ for minimal time and one needs to wait a long time switching for the selected prewash, soap, rinse cycles which maddens because of the shortcycles. It goes on with Machines busted etc. Easily would have been 20$ to do a proper job with their equipment on the wash and not possible on their vacuum. However lots of signs saying video surveillance in place - guess it can't see the problem while managing a business remotely."

"The first time this winter the Auto wash left soap on car so I had to spend more money to rinse it off in the self wash bays. The second time I went straight to the self wash bays and there was no high pressure soap, just water. This car wash use to be good but something has changed in the last couple years. Hope they can return to offering quality car washes. If looking for a good car wash I was very impressed with the wash across from Friendlies restaurant in Laconia."
