"We reached out to Ty Morris to inquire about land in Sunapee, NH that was listed that same day. We were told that there was already an offer on the land and that we would have to put our offer in by morning. I immediately typed up on offer and sent it to Ty. I was then told we'd hear back the next day. The next day comes and we hear nothing (after all the offers supposidely had to be in by) so I reached out and Ty told me that the sellers went on a ski trip to Maine and he'd be talking to them in the afternoon, contradicting what he told me the night before. A few hours later Ty then contradicted himself a second time and told me that the sellers are out of reach and I'd know the following day. The next day Ty told me that the seller chose the other offer because it had a contingency to have the land surveyed. Who would buy land without having it surveyed and perk tested? He then contracdicted himslef a third time and said the issue was the financing contingency when I have a 800 credit score and wanted to save my cash, hinting I could offer more! Who puts their land for sale then goes on a ski trip the next day and is out of reach? Ok, sounds fisshy right? To top it all off, the listing is still not "Pending" yet! Don't trust this place!"
